At Collectnoir, we believe in collecting with intention, 5not for trend, not for haste, and never for mass consumption. Each piece in our atelier has been carefully selected for its meaning, craftsmanship, and origin. Because of this, we work closely with artists, makers, and galleries who produce in small quantities or upon request.
In the spirit of sustainability and mindful ownership, we kindly ask you to read the following before placing your order.
No Returns for Change of Heart
Most of our objects are made-to-order, hand-finished, or sourced in limited numbers. For this reason, we do not accept returns based on preference, scale, or change of mind. We encourage you to reach out to us before purchasing if you have any questions about a piece’s materials, dimensions, or provenance.
Damaged Items
If your piece arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing contact@collectnoir.com, please include the following:
- Your order number
- Clear images of the damage and packaging
- A brief description
We will review your case and offer a repair, replacement (if available), or refund.
Sustainable Shipping & Responsibility
We ship with trusted partners who share our care for fragile and valuable goods. Once the item is delivered to your specified address, it becomes your responsibility. Please make sure someone is present to receive and inspect the delivery.
EU Consumer Rights
In accordance with EU law, you have the right to withdraw from certain purchases within 14 days of receipt. However, this right does not apply to:
- Custom-made, made-to-order, or personalized items
- Limited editions created upon request
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged post-delivery
