At Collectnoir, all sales are final.

Due to the exclusive and carefully curated nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for change of mind or buyer’s remorse. Please ensure you read product descriptions carefully and reach out to us with any questions before completing your purchase.

Damages and Issues

We take great care in packaging and inspecting every order. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at contact@collectnoir.com within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos and your order number. We will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

European Union Customers

If your order is being shipped to a country in the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day "cooling-off" period, during which you may cancel or return your order for any reason. This right does not apply to:

• Custom or personalized items

• Items made to order
  

To exercise this right, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item at contact@collectnoir.com. Returned items must be in original, unworn condition with tags and packaging intact.
